Returns & Exchanges

At Kiltane, we take pride in the quality of our Scottish cashmere and woollens; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your Kiltane products in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid or standard shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to your chosen courier point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
